What component is not developed during the Develop Phase?

During the Develop Phase of course development, the primary focus is on creating the various instructional materials necessary for effective training. This includes the generation of lesson plans, trainee guides, and instructional media materials (IMM). These elements are essential as they directly support the delivery of training and help ensure that instructors and trainees have the resources they need to engage successfully.

The Course Training Task List (CTTL), however, is typically developed in an earlier phase, known as the Analyze Phase. The CTTL is a comprehensive list that outlines the tasks required for a particular training program, serving as the foundation upon which lesson plans and learning objectives are built. Therefore, while the Develop Phase is dedicated to creating instructional components that facilitate learning, the CTTL is established prior to this phase to identify what needs to be taught, making it distinct from the other materials created in the Develop Phase.
